§ 52.08 TAP OR CONNECTION FEES.
   The fees for tapping and connection to the town sewer mains or laterals shall be established on an annual basis upon the adoption of the annual budget. The fees shall be as set by the Town Council at budget meetings for both tapping and connection to town sewer mains and laterals.
