(A) No unauthorized person shall make any connections with or opening into, use, alter or disturb the sewage system or appurtenances thereof of the town without first paying the Town Clerk/Treasurer the amount levied as the connection or attachment change.
(B) Upon payment of said attachment or connection charge, the Town Clerk/Treasurer will issue a receipt for that amount to the applicant. The applicant shall thereafter notify the town agent when the applicant’s sewer is ready for inspection and connection to the sewage system of the town.
(C) The connection shall be made under the supervision of the Town Inspector and Waste Water Operator.
