(A) Water rates shall hereafter be established on an annual basis upon the adoption of the annual budget.
(B) The water rates shall be as follows:
Bulk water | $0.25 per 50 gallons |
Customer deposit | Equal to 3 months’ billing |
Emergency infrastructure maintenance fee | $10 |
In town | $21 for first 10,000 gallons |
Metered water over base | $0.75 per 1,000 gallons |
Out of town | $30.50 for first 10,000 gallons |
Out of town water maintenance fee | $17.50 |
Required special testing – federal, state, local and the like | To be billed to customer |
Water tap, in town | $1,250 plus materials and expenses |
Water tap, out of town | $2,500 plus materials and expenses |
