§ 51.04 DEPOSIT.
   All renting customers requesting water service from the town shall pay a deposit of $150 to the Town Treasurer before service will be provided. If the customer requesting water service is a business that historically uses a large amount of water, the deposit shall be equal to three months’ billing depending on garbage size.
