Other than in a designated and regularly equipped mobile home park, no person who is the owner or occupant of any mobile home or house trailer, and no person who is the owner of any property or dwelling within the town shall permit a mobile home or house trailer to be used as a primary dwelling. Temporary dwelling is permitted for no more than 14 consecutive days. Exceptions may be granted upon petition to the Town Council. Extensions for more than 30 consecutive days must be renewed every 30 days. Mobile homes, house and camp trailers may be permanently occupied as a primary residence only if they are located within a designated and regularly equipped mobile home park.
