§ 153.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   It shall be the responsibility of the Town Council, or its authorized agents, namely the Building Inspector, the Fire Marshal or the Health Officer, to administer §§ 153.01 through 153.13.

      (2)   Any person, firm, partnership or corporation who violates §§ 153.01 through 153.13 may be punished by a fine of not more than $750 for each offense. Each day’s continuance of such violation shall be deemed to be a separate offence. In addition to the remedies and fine provided for herein, any other appropriated legal action in law or equity authorized by the Town Council may be employed against violators of §§ 153.01 through 153.13, including, but not limited to, injunctions, mandamus or abatement.
