§ 152.091 LOCATION OF PUBLIC AND QUASI-PUBLIC USES.
   Parks, schools, churches and other public or quasi-public uses may be permitted in any area of town if approved by the Town Council. Parking space, traffic flow and safe access shall be considered where applicable.
