(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty of up to $750. Each day in which the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense. Each day during which the illegal erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, maintenance or use continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
