§ 152.043 REVIEW OF LARGER DEVELOPMENTS GENERALLY.
   Compliance permits for larger developments, including major subdivisions and construction of principal buildings, shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission and Town Council. The Planning Commission shall provide to the Town Council a recommendation concerning the application. The Town Council shall make the final decision concerning the application. The following sections (§§ 152.044 through 152.054) of this subchapter detail this review process.
