§ 152.044 REVIEW COMMENCEMENT.
   Review of the application shall begin at the first regular Planning Commission meeting following submission of a completed form, provided the filing deadline has been met. At the meeting, the Commission shall conduct a preliminary review of the application and set a hearing date.
