§ 152.040 PERMIT REVIEW PROCESS GENERALLY.
   (A)   All new developments and subdivisions require an approved compliance permit from the town. Different agencies within the town are responsible for granting the approval depending on the size and type of project.
   (B)   Applications for single-family dwellings, duplexes, accessory buildings and minor subdivisions are approved directly by the Planning and Zoning Commission and reported to the Council. Approvals for all commercial development and major subdivisions undergo a two-part process wherein the Planning Commission reviews the project and makes a recommendation to the Town Council; the Council then makes the final decision on these larger projects.
