§ 152.020 APPLICABILITY.
   (A)   A permit shall be necessary for any development proposal, including multiple-family dwellings, major and minor sub-division or request for extension or expansion of town services.
   (B)   A building permit shall be necessary for any construction, repair, alteration, relocation or addition to a structure. Some development or construction activities shall require both a compliance permit and a building permit.
