(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(C) Any person who shall receive the notice provided in § 150.16, and shall fail to comply with the terms thereof in the time stated, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $100 for each offense. Each additional day when such person shall fail to comply with such notice shall constitute a separate offense.
(D) Any person, persons, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of § 150.30 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment for any period not exceeding three months, or by both such fine and imprisonment in whole or in part, to which shall be added the cost of the action.
