§ 150.15 CONDITION OF PREMISES.
   It shall be the duty of every person whether the owner, lessee or renter of any vacant lot, building or premises, including place of business, dwelling house or other establishments, at all times, to maintain the premises in a clean, safe and orderly condition, not to permit any deposit or accumulation of materials other than those ordinarily attendant upon the use for which such premises are legally intended, not to permit the growth of weeds or other plants in such manner as to cause infestation of adjoining property or causing an unsightly appearance, not to permit said premises to become dangerous to children or other persons who might enter thereon and not to permit said premises to become a breeding place for rats or mice or other animals.
