§ 74.051 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   No person shall represent that a vehicle is entitled to a permit when not so entitled.
   (B)   No person shall duplicate or attempt to duplicate, by any means, a permit granted under this subchapter. The display of such duplicate permit shall be a violation of this subchapter.
