(A) The Parking Authority may, or upon receipt of an application and petition for a residential parking program, establish an RPZ. An RPZ may be established only in accordance with the procedures set forth in in this subchapter,
(B) Upon establishment of an RPZ, the Director of Public Work, or his or her designee, is authorized to post signs giving notice that an RPZ has been established.
(C) A list of RPZs shall be maintained by the Executive Director of the Parking Authority, or his or her designee, and be made available to the public upon request,
