§ 15. CURB, GUTTER, SIDEWALK AND DRIVEWAYS.
   Construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveways shall require the same care as the pavement. The preceding requirements shall apply, where pertinent, to the construction of curb, gutter, sidewalks and driveways within the right-of-way. In addition, sidewalks or driveways shall be constructed so that the transverse joint spacing shall be equal to the width of the sidewalk or driveway, but in no case shall the transverse joint spacing for driveways exceed 12 feet and not greater than five feet for sidewalk spacing. Sidewalk and driveways within the right-of-way shall be constructed with a pavement thickness of at least four and five inches, respectively. (See App. C of this chapter for typical section details.)
