§ 157.999 PENALTY.
   Pursuant to KRS 100.991, any person or entity who violates any of these regulations shall on conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $10, but not more than $500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
