(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 133.01 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months, or both, for the first day’s violation. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
