It shall be unlawful for and a person is guilty of a public nudity when that person appears in a public place in such a manner or attire as to expose to view any portion of the pubic area, anus, vulva or genitals, with less than a fully opaque covering, or when any female appears in a public place in such manner and attire as to expose to view portions of the breast referred to as the areola, nipple, with less than a fully opaque covering.
