(A) In the event that any person required to register in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter shall change his or her place of residence, stopping place or living quarters to a new or different place within the city, he or she shall, within 24 hours after leaving the registered location, notify the Bureau of Identification of the changed address is a signed statement.
(B) The statement shall set forth his or her new address.
(C) Similar notification shall be made in the case of further changes of address.
