§ 119.060 CITATION ISSUANCE FOR VIOLATION.
   (A)   Whenever any officer of the city’s Police Department believes any provision of §§ 119.055 through 119.062 of this chapter has been violated, he or she will issue a citation for violation thereof and the violator will be subject to the penalty set out in § 119.999 of this chapter for horse drawn vehicle/carriage businesses.
   (B)   The city police shall, as soon as possible, but not less than 14 days after citing a business or driver for violation of §§ 119.055 through 119.062, notify the Finance Department in writing of the violation. If the holder of the license to operate a horse drawn vehicle/carriage business or his or her employees or agents are convicted of violating any provision of this subchapter, the Finance Department may suspend this license, pursuant to the requirement of § 119.061 of this chapter.
