§ 119.028 REVOCATION, DENIAL OR APPLICATION FOR TAXICAB STICKER OR DRIVER’S IDENTIFICATION CARD.
   An application for a taxicab sticker or driver’s identification card issued under the provisions of this chapter may be denied by the Finance Department, and a taxicab sticker or driver’s identification card may be revoked or suspended by the Finance Department if the holder thereof or applicant therefor has violated any of the provisions of this subchapter, any ordinance of the city, including the payment of all fees and/or taxes, or the laws of the United States or of the state, the violation of which reflects unfavorably upon the fitness of applicant or holder to offer public transportation.
