§ 119.027 RENEWAL OF STICKER OR IDENTIFICATION CARD.
   (A)   Every sticker or identification card shall be renewed between January 1 and January 31 of each year. Application for renewal shall be in such form as the Finance Department may require.
   (B)   Application for renewal of a sticker or identification card must be accompanied with the requisite renewal fee. The renewal fee for a taxicab sticker and a driver’s identification card is $40.
   (C)   A sticker or identification card not renewed after January 31 shall automatically become null and void and cannot be reinstated. Nothing herein contained shall prohibit the filing of a new application.
   (D)   The Finance Department shall not renew any sticker or identification card if such sticker or identification card has been revoked, or if suspended, during the period of suspension. A sticker or identification card shall not be considered as revoked or suspended when an appeal is pending before the City Manager or in a court of competent jurisdiction from an order of revocation or suspension until said appeal has been decided.
