(A) In the event a driver changes his or her residence address and/or phone number, he or she must notify the Finance Department within 30 days of the change in address and/or phone number and provide the Finance Department with his or her new residence address and/or phone number.
(B) If a taxicab driver incurs any violation that would be part of a criminal record while holding a driver’s identification card, the driver must inform the Finance Department within 30 days. In the discretion of the Finance Department, the driver’s identification card may be suspended or revoked. Prior to suspension or revocation the holder shall be given notice of the proposed action to be taken and shall have an opportunity to be heard by the City Manager.
(C) A driver whose state-issued driver’s license is suspended, revoked or expired must notify the city and surrender his or her driver’s identification card to the city.
