(A) Vendors shall not sell to vehicular traffic at any location.
(B) The permit or occupational license issued by the city must be displayed on the front of the vending cart, or that portion of the cart facing the street, at all times.
(C) Vending cart sales shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. All vending carts must be removed from the site during non-business hours.
(D) Vendor’s licenses shall be issued to an individual, corporation or other entity and are not transferable.
