§ 114.49 LITTERING.
   (A)   Each vendor shall keep the area within 15 feet of the location of the vending cart free from all litter and debris resulting from the operation.
   (B)   Each vendor shall maintain a clearly marked trash container on the cart for litter. Use of public trash receptacles for this purpose is prohibited.
