§ 113.26 LICENSE FEE; RENTAL YEAR.

(A) The Finance Department shall collect the sum of $15 for each single stand or stall assigned at the market space designated in § 113.25 of this chapter.

(B) The rental year shall be from May 1 to April 30 and no assignments, requiring rental payments, shall be made, except for the full annual period.
