§ 113.07 ACCESS AND INSPECTION.
   (A)   The Police Department shall have access at all reasonable times to all pool and billiard rooms and shall periodically inspect all pool and billiard rooms for compliance with this subchapter.
   (B)   The police officers shall carry credentials and, if refused entry on the premises, shall obtain search warrants for the inspections.
