§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of §§ 93.01 through 93.17 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both, for the first day’s violation. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person convicted of violation of §§ 93.30 through 93.40 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of misdemeanor and shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500 or imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed six months.
