§ 93.07 APPEAL PROCEDURE.

Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a parade permit to the Board of Commissioners. The appeal shall be taken within five days after notice. The Board of Commissioners shall act upon the appeal within five days after its receipt.
