§ 93.05 DENIAL OF PERMIT.
   Without regard to any other provision of this subchapter, the Chief of Police, only from his or her consideration of available, appropriate and necessary information, shall deny the application for a license provided for by this subchapter when, from this information, he or she has reason to believe that any contemplated advocacy at the proposed event will be directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and will likely incite or produce such action.
