§ 74.066 RESPONSIBILITY OF VEHICLE OWNER; EVIDENCE OF OWNERSHIP.
   The responsibility of the owner of any vehicle involved in any violation of this subchapter and prima facie evidence of ownership of the vehicle shall be as provided in § 74.998 of this chapter.
