15.04.290: SPECIFIC STANDARDS:
In all AREAS OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARDS where BASE FLOOD ELEVATION data has been provided as set forth in section 15.04.070 or section 15.04.170 of this chapter, the following provisions are required, as contained in sections 15.04.300 through 15.04.340 of this chapter.
