15.04.070: BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING AREAS OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD:
The AREAS OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD identified by the Federal Insurance Administrator on the flood insurance rate map dated May 1, 1985, is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. The FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAP is on file at the office of the Cottonwood City Clerk. (Ord. 96 § 3.2, 1980; amd. Ord. 254, 7-12-2021)
