§ 14.301  UNLAWFUL TO SELL UNLESS TAX PAID.
   a.   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or permit to be sold any beer, ale, porter, wine, malt or other beverage authorized to be sold under state statutes regulating same, on which tax levied be not paid.
   b.   The first offense shall constitute a misdemeanor.
