§ 2.323 EXECUTIVE SESSION.

Except as required by law or as allowed in the exercise of official duties, it shall be unlawful for a member of Council or person in attendance at an executive session of the Council to disclose to another person or make public the substance of a matter discussed in an executive session of the Council.
