§ 2.317 SAME; PRECEDENCE DURING DEBATE.

   a.   When a question is under debate, no motion shall be received except a motion:

      1.   To adjourn;

      2.   To lay on the table;

      3.   For the previous question;

      4.   To postpone to a certain day; and

      5.   To commit, to amend or to postpone indefinitely.

   b.   The above motions shall have precedence in the order in which they are set forth.
