§ 1.103  MODIFICATION OF CODE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to change, alter or amend any part of this code, except by official action of the Town Council. Anyone guilty of so doing shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to such punishment as provided by § 1.104.
