The position of Income Tax Director created by Ordinance 56-73 shall be considered a division of the Coshocton City Auditor’s office to be supervised by the Coshocton City Auditor and shall no longer be considered an appointed position subject to approval by the legislative authority. All other ordinances referencing the Income Tax Director remain in effect.
