(a) Storm water rates are hereby established at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) per month for single family dwellings, and ten dollars ($10.00) per month for each household or unit in a multi-family dwelling, i.e. four apartments in a building will each cost ten dollars ($10.00) per month per apartment or unit.
(b) Storm water rates are hereby established at a rate of twenty dollars ($20.00) per month for commercial/industrial/business properties and forty dollars ($40.00) per month for industrial properties.
