Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00); for second subsequent offense within one (1) year such person is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00); for third subsequent offense within one (1) year, such person is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00); for fourth subsequent offenses within one (1) year, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree as punishable by Ohio laws.
