147.03 PRACTICE DRILLS.

The Chief of the Fire Department, for the purpose of drill and to promote efficiency in the Fire Department, may turn in a fire alarm at least once a week and any additional fire alarms as are necessary in his discretion to maintain the efficiency of the Fire Department.
