1351.17 STAIRWAYS, DECKS, PORCHES AND BALCONIES.
   Every exterior stairway, deck, porch and balcony, and all appurtenances attached thereto, shall be maintained in good repair and structurally sound with proper anchorage and capable of supporting the imposed loads.
