The purpose of this Property Maintenance Code is to establish minimum standards necessary to make all structures and vacant property safe, sanitary, free from fire and health hazards and beneficial to the public welfare, to establish what will and will not constitute a blighting or deteriorating influence on the neighborhood, to establish standard structures and to establish enforcement procedures.
