141.01 INSPECTION AND EXAMINATION OF BOOKS AND ACCOUNTS.

The books, accounts and vouchers of the City Treasurer shall at all times be subject to the inspection and examination of the City Auditor, the Council Finance Committee or any member thereof, or any special committee appointed by Council for that purpose.
