139.01 DEPUTY AUDITOR; ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL.

The City Auditor may appoint a deputy who, in the absence or disability of the Auditor, shall perform his duties and such additional personnel in the Auditor’s Department with such compensation as may be authorized and designated by Council.
