(a) Bulk plants and above ground gasoline tanks as referenced to in the Ohio Administrative Code, Flammable and Combustible Liquids section of the Ohio Fire Code and its referenced materials, are permitted only in Manufacturing Zoning Districts of the City.
(b) Above ground gasoline storage in the Manufacturing Zoned Districts shall not exceed one (1) 550 gallon storage tank per business or manufacturing location and shall comply with the Ohio Administrative Code, Flammable and Combustible Liquids section of the Ohio Fire Code and its referenced materials and the satisfaction of the Fire Official.
