1505.04 STORAGE TANKS FOR GASOLINE, NAPHTHA, AND FUEL OIL.

All storage tanks installed for the storage of gasoline, naphtha, and fuel oil in the City shall be buried and comply with the most current regulations set forth by the State Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations. However, the provisions of this section do not apply to storage tanks installed for the storage of fuel oil, so long as the capacity of the tank does not exceed 275 gallons and the number of tanks does not exceed two.
