1505.01 FIRE HYDRANTS.

No person, unless duly authorized by the proper authorities, shall open any fire hydrant, make any connections to fire hydrants for any purpose whatsoever, place any building material or other obstruction so as to interfere with the use of free access to hydrants, or willfully damage any hydrant. (Ord. 16-06. Passed 3-27-06.)
